How to change Windows password Using cmd When you loged In

A user is loged in windows but he don't remember the password
he can change the password without knowing his old password

1-open cmd as administrator
2-type "net user" then enter
3-now you can see the Administrator username
4-type "net user <username> * "
5-now you can able to type new password
